Nelson Valkenburg

Nelson Valkenburg is a seasoned sports commentator and media professional with extensive experience in various roles within the sports industry. Since December 2021, Nelson has served as the Formula 1 Lead Commentator for Viaplay. Additionally, Nelson is the owner of No Comment Media & Management, providing top-tier sports commentary and media services since 2009. Nelson has been a commentator for RTL7 and FOX Sports since 2011 and 2014, respectively, specializing in Tennis. As a sports reporter for Eurosport since 2009, Nelson covers Motorsports, Swimming, Speedskating, and Squash. Furthermore, Nelson has been the PR Manager for Geva Racing Service since 2000, overseeing public relations and communications for the family-owned racing team. A former head Motorsport commentator for Motors TV from 2010 to 2018, Nelson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, obtained in 2010.
