Jean-Marc Boullianne

Jean-Marc Boullianne is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. At Viasat, Jean-Marc has served as Lead Software Engineer for both NetAgility and Trusted Cybersecurity Services, in addition to working as a DevOps Software Engineer. Prior military experience includes roles as Information Warfare Officer and Cryptologic Warfare Officer in the US Navy, as well as serving as a Cyber Planner. In the freelance realm, Jean-Marc has developed iOS applications for various clients, including Citizen Technologies Inc. Furthermore, Jean-Marc's academic foundation includes a position as Lead Teaching Assistant at the University of Rochester, showcasing a strong commitment to education and mentorship.
