Jensen Hughes

Jensen Hughes is a Global Trade Specialist at Viasat Inc. since June 2021, previously holding positions as a Global Trade Analyst and Administrator. Prior experience includes various roles at Trader Joe's from February 2015 to June 2021, where Jensen initiated new marketing and customer service strategies while leading a team of over 20 coworkers. Jensen also contributed to the resettlement of over 100 refugees at the International Rescue Committee in 2019 and worked as an Au Pair in Amsterdam, enhancing the English skills of a host family. Earlier roles at In-N-Out Burger focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining food quality. Jensen holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara. Educational background is complemented by international studies in Italy and certifications in general education from Santa Barbara City College and El Camino High School.
