Michael Rainerman

Michael Rainerman is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global tax strategy and planning, audit, and controversy. Currently serving as the Head of Global Tax at Viatris since September 2023, Michael previously held senior roles at Honeywell from June 2006 to August 2023, including Senior Director of Global Tax Audits, Controversy and Transfer Pricing, and Senior Director of Global Tax Strategy and Planning. Prior to Honeywell, Michael worked at Deloitte Tax LLP as an International Tax Senior Manager and began a career in tax as an Associate at Cohen & Legon. Michael holds an LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law, a JD from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
