Laurie Rerko

Laurie Rerko has extensive experience in sales enablement and marketing leadership, currently serving at VIAVI Solutions since April 2016. Responsibilities include championing sales enablement frameworks, developing staffing plans, managing training curriculum, and implementing technology platforms to enhance sales readiness. Prior roles at JDSU included Director of Marketing and Communications, where Laurie managed integrated campaigns, oversaw a multi-million dollar budget, and led the launch of the VIAVI brand following a corporate spin-out. Additional experience includes positions in marketing communications and creative direction at TTC/Acterna, focusing on brand development and events management. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Hood College.
