Nandan Dasgupta

Nandan Dasgupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and operational excellence, currently serving as Director at Vibracoustic since February 2011. Responsibilities include process innovation, technology transfer, standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing locations in India. Previously, Nandan held the position of Regional Head for the Vibracoustic Production System, demonstrating expertise in rubber to metal bonding process development. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Gates India Ltd, focusing on new product development for fluid power applications, and Assistant Manager at Freudenberg Group, where Nandan oversaw R&D laboratory operations and new manufacturing technologies.
