Will Pennartz

Will Pennartz serves as the VP of Marketing at Vibram Group since December 2023. Previously, Will held various roles at LaCrosse Footwear Incorporated, including Brand Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager for Danner, overseeing global marketing efforts for outdoor and lifestyle categories. Will's experience also includes serving as Category Marketing Manager for Deckers Outdoor Corporation, managing marketing for Teva's largest categories, as well as starting the ownership of The Surf Gallery, and co-founding The Happening, which produced surf and skate cultural events. Additional roles at Quiksilver and Surfer Magazine further enriched Will's marketing and editorial expertise. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University.
