Alison Lewis

Alison Lewis currently serves as the interim Chief Operating Officer at Vibrant Emotional Health, where the focus is on advancing People & Organizational Performance Practices. Previously, Lewis held several senior leadership roles at Newmark, including Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President, playing a crucial part in the firm's strategic planning, operations, and national recruiting efforts. Prior to Newmark, Lewis operated an independent consulting firm specializing in business strategies for real estate, and held significant positions at CBRE, including Senior Managing Director with P&L responsibility for over $100 million. Lewis began a career in business development and research at Studley.
