Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and information systems. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Vibrant Health since April 2021, Alicia oversees quality projects and healthcare initiatives, including Quality Assurance/Improvement, Meaningful Use attestation, and Patient Centered Medical Home certification. Previously, Alicia held roles at Providence Medical Center, where responsibilities included leading medical group quality operations as a Quality Program Manager and managing EHR applications as an Application Analyst. Alicia's early career at United Methodist Mexican American Ministries involved various positions, culminating as Chief Information Officer, where the focus was on IT systems management and support. Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Fort Hays State University.
