Marc Sandoz

Marc Sandoz is an experienced business engineer with a strong background in managing large construction projects and operations within the concrete production industry. Currently serving as Ingénieur d'affaires at Groupe Vicat since January 2018, Marc oversees projects from initial studies to implementation, handling commercial negotiations, operational management, and financial analysis for projects with revenues ranging from 3 to 10 million euros. Prior to this role, Marc was a multi-site operations coordinator at Unibéton, managing production across eight sites and optimizing logistics for a €30 million annual turnover.
