Samir Coulaud

Samir Coulaud is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in energy purchases and management. Currently serving as Responsable Achat Energies at Groupe Vicat since September 2023, Samir previously held several managerial roles at Transdev from September 2019 to July 2023 and at the Direction des Achats de l'Etat from October 2017 to July 2019, focusing on energy procurement and inter-ministerial projects. Prior roles include Director of Operations at nextep experts energies, where Samir developed energy purchasing expertise, and a research engineer internship at EDF. Samir holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec and has additionally completed certification in procurement techniques at CIPS and an executive program at CCI des Hauts-de-Seine.
