Anna Simon

Anna Simon is currently serving as HR-Partnerin im Mobilen Führungsteam at Victor's Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Anna worked as Referent Personal-Recruiting at AWO Psychiatriezentrum Königslutter from December 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included the development and management of the recruiting and applicant management processes, strategic personnel planning, active sourcing, and project leadership for recruiting foreign healthcare staff.
