Carey Dillen

Carey Dillen is the current Director at Victory Square Technologies, and has held previous positions at GameOn, Beautiful Game Group LLC, and Victory Square Technologies. Carey also has experience as an investor and with YPO. Their most recent position was as President of YYOGA from February 2013 to June 2021. In this role, Carey led the company's strategy and growth, including expanding from 4 to 13 studios through M&A and greenfield growth, expanding YYOGA's digital presence with YYOGA at Home, and expanding the company's brick-and-mortar presence with the Own a YYOGA franchise program. Carey also led the company's rebranding efforts, including a new vision and values statement, and a new website build. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Carey also led the company through a restructuring process under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act. Prior to their role as President, Carey served as YYOGA's Chief Financial Officer from 2013-2015.

Carey Dillen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA, CPA) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta. Carey also has an International Business Management Diploma from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Carey is certified in yoga from YYOGA and has a 30 Hour YHot Teacher Certification and a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Carey is also certified in fitness from Canada Fitness Associations (BCRPA, AFLCA, CanFitPro) and has Group Fitness & Personal Training Certifications.
