Michael Walbrecher

Michael Walbrecher is an experienced executive with extensive leadership roles in sales and customer service operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer since February 2022, Michael leads multiple sales departments focusing on consumer and business customers, aiming to enhance EBITDA and gross profit margins. Prior to this, Michael held several key positions at Verizon from January 1995 to August 2021, including Director of National Consumer Operation and Director of Strategy and Transformation, overseeing customer service operations and driving strategic initiatives across multiple divisions. Michael began a professional career after honorably serving in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist during the Persian Gulf War, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of Phoenix.
