Alladi Ruthvik

Alladi Ruthvik is an accomplished Organizational Development Specialist with extensive experience in various roles related to employee experience, digital learning, and human resources. Currently employed at VicTrack since July 2023, Alladi has previously served as the Employee Experience Lead at Chisholm Institute and held positions such as Digital Learning Project Consultant at the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership and Human Resources Consultant for the State Government of Victoria. With a strong background in instructional design, leadership development, and the management of professional development initiatives, Alladi also has experience in e-learning consultancy and team management, particularly during tenure at Energy Solutions and AIESEC. Alladi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University.
