Adam Migdalski

Adam Migdalski is an experienced leader in performance analysis and operations management, currently serving as Team Leader at Victrex since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing production requirements and ensuring compliance in an Upper Tier COMAH installation. Migdalski's extensive background in sports performance analysis includes roles as Lead Performance Analyst at Rotherham Titans RUFC and Performance Analyst at Scunthorpe Rugby Union Football Club, where skills in coding, filming, and statistical analysis have been honed. Education includes a Master of Science in Applied Sport and Exercise Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science, both from Sheffield Hallam University, along with a Certificate of Higher Education in Energy Engineering. Previous experience also encompasses a variety of roles in the sports and industrial sectors, including supervising operations at British Steel and serving as an Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University.
