Jenny Ferreira

Jenny Ferreira, MPH, CHES®, NBC-HWC, currently serves as a Corporate Health Coach for Vida Health since July 2019, facilitating coaching sessions aimed at improving health and managing chronic illnesses among client employees. Previously, Jenny was an Adjunct Faculty member in Health & Physical Education at Bellevue College, where innovative lesson plans were developed to enhance student engagement. Jenny's extensive experience at the YMCA of Greater Seattle spans several roles, including Director of Healthy Living, where multiple budgets were managed and various health programs were developed, and a Wellness Instructor role, which involved coaching clients towards their health goals. Additionally, Jenny operated Northshore Fitness, LLC., providing wellness classes and training programs, and held a logistics leadership position at Brooks Sports, Inc., specializing in international freight for substantial sales. Jenny holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Miami University.
