Liz Sykes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and wellness coaching, operations, and customer support. Currently serving as a Product Operations Associate and Health Guide at Vida Health, Liz excels in member outreach, enrollment processes, and achieving key performance indicators while utilizing effective communication and motivational interviewing techniques. Previously, Liz worked as a Remote Weight Loss Consultant at Awaken180° Weightloss, where significant contributions were made to client coaching and new client enrollment.
