Currently looking to hire 'IT Systems & Network Engineer' 

Responsibilities:

• Work with team for configuration, implementation, and day-to-day support of services provided to different clients.

• Working with customers/employees to identify problems and advise on solutions.

• Setting customer expectations for solutions, features, and schedules.

• Providing technical assistance for the solutions team

• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.

• Ensure support SLAs are achieved.

• Ensure timely response to customers/employees

• Providing technical assistance for the solutions team

• Be an active part of the team and collaborate with other leaders in the organization.

• Ensure the effective use of Ticketing System

• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Required Skills:

• Have an understanding of on-premises software (i.e. Active Directory, Application Server, Database Server, Email Server, Backup Server, etc.)

• Hands-on experience in L1, L2, & L3 IT Support & Troubleshooting. 

• Relevant certifications will be preferred.

• Experience with Hyper-V Hypervisor Type-1 & 2

• Prior experience working in a support role is highly preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Must be comfortable and flexible to work in Evening & Night Shifts.

• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant experience

• Proven experience in a system & network administrator role

• Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching

• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure

• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired

• Ability to set up and configure server hardware

• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies

• Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking

• CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE or equivalent

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from three-year College or technical school with an emphasis in electronics required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
