Jim Feisthamel

Jim Feisthamel, MBA, is an experienced professional in quality management and project oversight, currently serving as Quality Manager at Viega LLC since June 2024, where efforts focus on building the brand in anticipation of the Ohio plant opening in June 2025. Previously, Jim held positions such as Director of Global Sourcing and Project Management at Famous Supply, and Manager of Quality Compliance at JOANN Stores. Notably, Jim led project management and quality assurance initiatives at siffron, managing factory audits and developing quality strategies. With a solid engineering background, Jim’s earlier roles included Project Manager for Customer Quality at Moen Incorporated and Quality Manager at Carlisle Brake & Friction, where significant contributions were made in quality operations and talent development. Jim holds an Executive MBA from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from The University of Akron.
