James E. Mullarkey

James E. Mullarkey has extensive experience in nonprofit management and education, currently serving as Secretary for the Vietnam Veterans of America - Wisconsin State Council since December 2008, where responsibilities include recording meeting minutes and maintaining records that impact Wisconsin Vietnam Era Veterans.
