The leadership team at Viettel has a history in software engineering, hardware design, and mathematics. They have experience working at Fairfax Imaging, QUANTIC LTD, and the Viettel Aerospace Institute. They also have degrees from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Truong Dai Hoc Bach Khoa Da Nang.
