Berenice's extensive experience includes roles at Syngenta Group as Global Group Talent Lead and at Unilever in various positions related to talent acquisition and management. Berenice founded Roch Consulting, transforming graduate programs and enhancing employer branding. With a strong educational background in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a postgraduate degree from Universidad Panamericana, Berenice has consistently demonstrated expertise in talent development, succession planning, and diversity initiatives throughout a distinguished career spanning over two decades.
