Kevin Felice

Kevin Felice is a seasoned culinary and operations professional with a diverse background in the restaurant industry. Since December 2011, Kevin has held multiple leadership positions at Villa Restaurant Group, including Divisional Vice President of 40 North, Director of Operations for Food and Beverage, and Corporate Executive Chef. In addition to this role, Kevin serves as the Executive Vice President of Restaurants at Rarefied Real Estate Partners LLC since October 2021. Prior to these positions, Kevin gained valuable experience as a Senior Sous Chef at Hilton Short Hills from May 2008 to December 2011. Kevin Felice holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
