Ron Carey

Ron Carey has a diverse background in leadership and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for Village Bank since December 2022, Ron is also the Founder and CEO of TILT creative + production, a position held since February 2018. Previously, Ron was President of Studio Squared, where responsibilities included managing digital content strategies and enhancing in-store advertising for major retailers. With extensive experience in human resources, Ron held senior positions at The Martin Agency and Richmond Times-Dispatch, as well as leadership roles at Wyeth and M&M/Mars. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the University of Virginia and attended the University of Richmond in 2009.
