Denise Joseph

Denise Joseph currently serves as the Director of Finance/Treasurer for the Village of Libertyville, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Denise was the Finance Director/Treasurer for the Village of Lincolnwood from June 2021 to May 2023 and the Assistant Finance Director for the Village of Glencoe for nearly eleven years, where responsibilities included supervising finance department operations, managing purchasing activities, and overseeing risk management. Earlier in the career, Denise held various positions in the Village of Niles, culminating as Assistant to the Village Manager while also serving as a Claims Analyst at the Illinois Attorney General's Office. Denise's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Roosevelt University.
