Charles Meyer

Charles Meyer is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Village Administrator for the Village of Morton Grove, Illinois since June 2024. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions with the Village of Lincolnwood, including Assistant Village Manager, Acting Finance Director, and Assistant to the Village Manager from December 2012 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Management Analyst and Administrative Intern for the City of Highland Park from June 2008 to December 2012. Charles holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Local Government Management from Northern Illinois University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Iowa (2004-2008).
