Andrew D. Brown

Andrew D. Brown serves as the Director of Finance for the Village of Palatine since December 2024 and has held the position of Director of Finance previously for the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. In addition to finance roles, Andrew D. Brown has extensive experience in coaching, currently as the Head Coach and Lead Skills Instructor for the Chicago Hawks Hockey Club since May 2020 and previously for the Orland Park Vikings Hockey Club. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Professional Accountancy from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy, Economics, and Finance from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business. Other notable positions include Finance Director/Village Treasurer for the Village of Tinley Park and Deputy Director of Finance for the Village of Buffalo Grove.
