Police Social Worker at VILLAGE OF SCHAUMBURG

Sarah Hipp, MSW, LSW, CDVP, CCTS-Family, currently serves as a Police Social Worker for the Village of Schaumburg, providing critical services related to domestic violence, mental health, substance abuse, child abuse, juvenile delinquency, and elder abuse since April 2017. Prior to this role, Sarah was an Adjunct Instructor at Aurora University from August 2015 to May 2017, where curriculum instruction was developed for graduate and undergraduate students in the School of Social Work. Sarah's extensive experience includes serving as the DV Youth Program Coordinator at Mutual Ground and an Adult Probation Officer at Kane County Court Services. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice, both from Aurora University.
