Rebekah Guzman

Rebekah Guzman is an experienced healthcare operations professional, currently serving as the Director of Operations and a member of the Board of Directors at VillageTree Health since September 2024, where the focus is on providing culturally competent care for individuals with complex health needs. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Vice President of Operations and Regional Director of Operations at Panoramic Health from March 2017 to February 2024, as well as Regional Director of Operations at IN Compass Health from January 2012 to January 2017. Rebekah also held the position of Director of Performance Excellence at Dignity Health, specializing in LEAN Six Sigma and performance improvement from September 2013 to February 2015. Earlier career highlights include serving as Transformational Care System Director at Catholic Healthcare West and a Six Sigma Black Belt at OSF HealthCare from 1992 to 2009.
