Jean-Francois Salomon

Jean-Francois Salomon currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Caen at the Ville de Caen, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jean-Francois held several key positions at Caen la mer, including Deputy General Director of Shared Services to the Population and Director of Sports, among other interim roles. With a career spanning from 2005 to 2014 at various institutions, including the Conseil Departemental du Calvados and the Direction Régionale de la Jeunesse, des Sports et de la Cohésion Sociale, Jean-Francois amassed significant experience in sports and youth services. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Human and Social Sciences from Paris-Sud University, a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Performance Psychology, and a Diploma in Performance Psychology from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
