Alvarez Daniel

Alvarez Daniel is a seasoned professional in geomatics with extensive experience in data management, geospatial data integrity, and geographic information systems. Currently serving as a geomatics professional at Ville de Trois-Rivières since 2008, responsibilities include providing technical support, training over 600 users on the JMap geospatial data dissemination system, and managing Lidar data for various applications. Alvarez has also held teaching positions at multiple Cégeps, contributed as a director at Viasat Géo-Technologies, and served as president of GÉOID inc, managing teams and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Geography and Remote Sensing from Université de Sherbrooke and a short MBA program for management succession from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
