Julien Mercey

Julien Mercey has extensive experience in information systems and project management, currently serving as Chef de service Production and Responsable support et exploitation des systèmes d'information at Ville de Versailles since February 2017. With a long tenure at Chateau De Versailles, beginning in November 2006, Julien holds the positions of Adjoint au chef du service informatique and Chef de projet responsible for financial applications and office automation. In these roles, Julien has piloted IT production, overseen the redesign of HR management systems, managed public contracts, and coordinated external service providers. Julien’s career also includes a focus on the development and administration of financial applications, as well as previous experience in ticketing application supervision from 2004 to 2006. Julien completed education at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, earning a DEST in Informatique from 2001 to 2006, and attended UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from 1997 to 2000.
