Marisa Pardo

Marisa Pardo is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of social protection, legal counsel, and community integration. Currently serving as Cheffe de secteur at Ville d'Yverdon-les-Bains since September 2022, Marisa previously worked as Responsable de mandats de protection de l'adulte at Etat de Vaud from May 2019 to August 2022. Prior to this, Marisa held the position of Conseillère juridique at Association elisa-asile from March 2014 to May 2019, where legal representation for asylum-related matters was provided. Marisa also worked as Coordinatrice at Ville d'Yverdon-les-Bains from December 2015 to September 2018, overseeing training programs for auxiliary staff on health promotion and group facilitation, and managed recruiting and training for facilitators of women’s networking initiatives. Earlier in Marisa's career, a role as Collaboratrice and interim communication manager at Centre de Contact Suisses-Immigrés involved legal and administrative work to support the rights of irregularly residing children in Geneva. Marisa holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Université de Neuchâtel, completed in 2015.
