Shruti Mishra

Shruti Mishra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Change & Transformation for Villeroy & Boch, Shruti is instrumental in the integration of Villeroy & Boch AG and Ideal Standard GmbH. Prior to this role, Shruti held various leadership positions at PUMA Group, overseeing talent acquisition and management globally and leading HR initiatives for the retail division in India. Shruti’s career includes significant HR roles at Arvind Limited, SABMiller India, Wipro Limited, and other firms, showcasing a strong background in HR operations across diverse industries. Shruti holds an Executive PGDM in HR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an MBA from ABV Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
