Maxime Gorvel

Maxime Gorvel is an experienced project manager specializing in social housing construction and rehabilitation. Currently serving as Responsable de programmes at Vilogia since July 2019, Maxime oversees multiple projects, including financial structuring and stakeholder consultation. Prior experience includes roles at Grand Paris Habitat, OSICA, and PARIS HABITAT - OPH, where responsibilities encompassed project management for various social housing initiatives, involving financial requests, consultation of technical experts, and urban planning authorization submissions. Maxime holds a specialized master's degree in Project Management and Real Estate from ESTP and an engineering degree in Civil and Urban Engineering from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes.
