Lonnie P. Nicholson

Lonnie Nicholson has extensive experience in human resources and technology, holding various leadership roles over a span of nearly four decades at Kimball International, culminating as Transitional Chief Human Resources Officer. Responsibilities included HR strategy, executive partnership, governance, compliance matters, and oversight of IT functions. Lonnie also contributed to business analytics, organizational development, and IT infrastructure, having started as an IT Systems Analyst/Developer. Currently, Lonnie serves as Adjunct Faculty and Academic Tutor at Vincennes University. Educational credentials include a BA in Computer Science and Math from Indiana University Bloomington and several certifications in global HR practices.
