Matthieu Gallet

Matthieu GALLET has extensive experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) management, currently serving as Responsable Régional QSE at VINCI Construction Outre-mer since January 2008. In this role, Matthieu GALLET leads the QSE team for Nouvelle Calédonie, implements management tools, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and oversees QSE certification processes (ISO 45001 and ISO 9001). Previous roles include managing HSE teams at VINCI for major projects and undertaking QSE-related internships at companies such as Vestas and SUEZ. Matthieu GALLET holds multiple degrees in Quality Management, Environment, and Industrial Risks, underscoring a strong academic foundation in the field.
