Thierry Besse

Thierry Besse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional relations and infrastructure management, currently serving as Diretor Institucional Brasil at VINCI Concessions since June 2023. Prior roles include Regulation and Institutional Relations Manager Brazil at VINCI Airports and Concession Contract Manager at Salvador Bahia Airport. Besse has also held significant positions within the Secretary of Metropolitan Transportation of the State of São Paulo and the Government of the State of São Paulo, contributing expertise in public-private partnerships and infrastructure advisory. Besse's educational background includes a Business School Degree from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an exchange program at HEC Paris, and bilingual education in French and Portuguese from Lycée Pasteur.
