Simon Cooper

Simon Cooper has extensive experience in medical education and research, currently serving as the Scientific Director at Vindico Medical Education since August 2016, with a previous role as Associate Scientific Director. Prior roles include Associate Director of Clinical Strategy at Medscape and Director of Educational Development in Medical Affairs at Imedex. Simon's research background includes a position as Research Associate at the Mayo Clinic, where contributions included authoring peer-reviewed articles and grant writing. Previous experience also includes a Senior Research Associate role at the Arizona Cancer Center focused on molecular targets in skin cancer and postdoctoral research at the University of Kentucky related to hepatocarcinogenesis. Simon holds a Ph.D. in Radiation Oncology and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Wolverhampton.
