Jacky Ingram

Jacky Ingram is an experienced Contracts Manager currently employed at Vineyard Wind since May 2022, following a role as Branch Chief and BizOps Team Lead at Kessel Run from January 2019 to June 2022. Prior to these positions, Jacky served in the United States Air Force from May 2013 to July 2020 as a Systems Contracting Officer, overseeing major weapons systems procurement and foreign military sales. Previous experience includes working as an Acquisition Specialist at Quantech Services, Inc. from December 2011 to May 2013, and serving as a Regional Resource Linkage Coordinator for the TN Dept of Child Services from June 2006 to August 2009. Jacky began a professional journey as a Congressional Intern in Washington, DC in 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and additional certifications from the University of Delaware and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
