Lauber and as a Summer Associate at Vinson & Elkins. Wimberly's prior experience includes a Transaction Tax Internship at EY and a Senior Associate role at PwC, focusing on financial instruments, structured products, and real estate. Academic qualifications encompass an LL.M. in Tax with Distinction and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, along with foundational legal studies at Southern Methodist University and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
