Qiana Ware

Qiana Ware is an experienced professional in social work and substance abuse counseling, currently serving as the Assistant Program Director at VIP Community Services since April 2024. Prior roles include Housing Navigator Supervisor at Brooklyn Community Services from January 2022 to July 2023, and Clinical Supervisor at Project Renewal from December 2020 to February 2022. Additionally, Qiana accumulated substantial experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Staten Island University Hospital and Bridge Back to Life Center, Inc., as well as working at Narco Freedom Inc. and the Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) as a Case Manager.
