Wesley Lima

Wesley Lima is an experienced production supervisor with a solid background in manufacturing management, currently serving as Supervisor de Produção at Vipal Borrachas since May 2022. With previous roles at Ypê and Solar Coca-Cola, Wesley has honed skills in production management focused on safety, quality, and productivity, including critical analysis of goals and action plan implementation. Additional experience includes working as Asistente de Engenharia at Grupo Hdraulica Bahia and Operador de Produção at HEINEKEN, where Wesley developed employees in TPM methodologies and monitored performance indicators. Wesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Unifacs and Universidade Salvador, earned between 2010 and 2016.
