Carlos Eduardo

Carlos Eduardo is an IT Systems Operator at Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos SA since October 2022, responsible for providing remote and on-site support for IT systems and infrastructure at the airport, managing ITSM ticketing, and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on IT hardware. Previously, Carlos Eduardo served as an IT intern in the same company, and also gained experience as an IT intern at Filma Eu, where responsibilities included first-level customer support, video and image editing, and installation of Linux Ubuntu operating systems. Carlos Eduardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista, completed in 2023.
