Xavier Reglier

Xavier Reglier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Virbac since October 2014, Xavier is responsible for animating corporate governance and formulating the company's 10-year strategic plan. Previously, in the role of Head of Internal Consulting at Virbac, Xavier managed post-merger integrations and developed growth strategies for expanding the company's presence in key markets. Prior to Virbac, Xavier worked at Société Générale as a Principal Consultant, where responsibilities included leading major Group projects, program management, and organizational diagnostics. Earlier in the career at Capgemini Consulting as a Project Manager, Xavier directed transformation projects for international clients and focused on business model analysis and cost reduction initiatives. Xavier began the professional journey as an Analyst in Venture Capital at Odyssée Venture. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school, an MSc in Energy Systems from Cranfield University, and an MSc in General Engineering from Centrale Méditerranée.
