Miguel Cervantes is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project and service delivery management, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Virgin Australia since January 2022. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager at LawMaster, and a progression through various IT positions at Virgin Australia from 2010 to 2021, including IT Operational Support and Service Delivery Specialist and IT Team Lead. Prior to that, Miguel held the role of Assistant Manager at APN Online and worked as an IT Consultant at Positive Response Vision Inc.
