Jolene Marshall

Jolene Marshall is an experienced professional in data governance and enablement, currently serving in a Data Governance role at Virgin Media O2 since October 2024. Previously, Jolene held the position of Group Head of Data Enablement at Royal London from May 2022 to December 2023 and was Head of Data Governance at Hargreaves Lansdown from July 2020 to April 2022. Prior roles include Data Delivery Enablement Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and various leadership positions in data governance at Nationwide Building Society. Jolene's earlier career involved roles at the Financial Conduct Authority, where contributions included the design of a Data Governance model, as well as paralegal positions that provided legal experience. Educational qualifications include a Bar Vocational Course from Inns of Court School of Law, a CAM Diploma in Marketing Communications, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Exeter.
