Sarah Hildering van Lith

Sarah Hildering van Lith is a seasoned professional in the electronic music industry, currently serving as Director of Dance & Electronic at Virgin Music Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading the global dance team's growth strategy. As DEI chair and research lead at the Association for Electronic Music, Sarah authored the Code of Conduct on gender discrimination and focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include managing director positions at LEDO and HEXAGON, as well as leadership roles at FUGA and research in employee wellbeing at Royal Dutch Shell. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Work & Organizational Psychology and has completed certifications in Agile Scrum methodologies.
