Caleigh Lynch

Caleigh Lynch currently serves as Chief of Staff for Delegate Rodney Willett and Delegate Atoosa Reaser in the Virginia House of Delegates, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Caleigh was Chief of Staff for State Senator John Bell and worked as Campaign Manager for the Committee to Elect Atoosa Reaser. Caleigh's experience in the U.S. House of Representatives includes serving as a Constituent Services Specialist and previously as a District Congressional Intern. Caleigh's varied background also includes roles in customer service and management at GRANDALE FARM RESTAURANT and Winchester Country Club. Caleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
